Shipping or Returns

Free Ground Shipping on all 5 Gallon Pail Orders in 48 States!

Only within the contiguous 48 states (not Alaska or Hawaii).  All shipping charges reflect actual ground rates and are determined by weight and customer's zip code.


All purchases are shipped from our Atlanta, GA warehouse, to arrive within 2-7 business days of receipt of the order.  Orders placed before 12 Noon EDT will ship the same day M - F.  Orders placed over the weekend will ship no later than Tuesday.  In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.  You may also log in to check your order status here on our site.  The system will also update you with tracking information when your order ships.

Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states.  We can ship outside of the United in some cases, we ask that you contact us with the specifics via our online contact form.

Expedited Shipments:

We no longer offer Expedited Shipments

Damaged Orders & Returns:

Any product that is accidently damaged causing product loss or equipment failure during shipping will be replaced at no charge after a claim has been made though the shipping company. Cans or pails that are dented during shipment will not be replaced unless leaking. A digital picture will be required.

Return Authorizations: 

We will handle the claim. Please log into your account using the email address and password you placed your order with and follow the link to request a return after logged in.  For additional information we can be reached at 404-865-1299.

Please observe the following:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • Unless an item has been shipped in error by us, all returns and cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be given on shipping unless return is due to our error or to damage.
  • Please package your return carefully and insure your shipment.  We will refuse delivery of damaged products.
  • Used merchandise can not be returned – NO EXCEPTIONS! (This includes any item that has been opened)
